Sibel McGee, Ph.D., PMP, serves as a Distinguished Analyst and Project Manager at ANSER Corporation, focusing on complex systems studies and analyses related to homeland security, national security, and public safety since January 2007. As Managing Editor of the Journal of Homeland Security and Emergency Management since 2011, Sibel contributes to the academic discourse in this field. Previous roles include Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland University College and Senior Social Scientist at SAIC. Sibel holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Texas A&M University and has obtained Master's degrees in European Studies from the University of Bonn and International Relations from Middle East Technical University, where a Bachelor's degree in International Relations was also earned.
