Shelly Fishel

Shelly Fishel is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry and water quality management with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Water Quality Technician at Seattle Public Utilities since June 2023 and as a Project Manager at Analytical Resources, Inc. since June 2017, Shelly has a strong background in environmental laboratory work, having held the position of Senior Environmental Laboratory Chemist at San Antonio Water System from February 2007 to October 2015.
