Sherwin Pelayo

Sherwin Pelayo is an accomplished executive and educator with extensive experience in analytics and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Executive Director of the Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Association of the Philippines since February 2018, Sherwin oversees various initiatives aimed at talent and industry development in analytics, including collaborations with government agencies to enhance educational frameworks and standards. In addition, Sherwin is a lecturer and digital transformation consultant at the University of Asia and the Pacific, where the first master's program in Business Analytics was co-designed. Previous roles include Chief Analytics Officer at Eclaro and various leadership positions at Teradata, Pointwest, IBM, and Accenture, with a strong foundation in information management and software development. Sherwin holds an ongoing Global Master of Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, among other qualifications.
