Leonardo Antunes Bueno

Leonardo Antunes Bueno has over 10 years of professional experience. From 2020 to present, they have been working as a Business Requirements Coordinator at Analytics2Go, where they are responsible for extracting and specifying business processes and managing product deployments, training, customer technical support, and release and test management. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Master Soluções as a Technical Support Analyst and Implementation Consultant, where they were responsible for technical support, deployments, training, requirements analysis, and system improvements. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Skynet Computadores as a Computer Technician, where they were responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and computer infrastructure, software installation, and installation and configuration of Windows versions.

Leonardo Antunes Bueno has a varied education history. In 2011 and 2012, they completed a Técnico de Informática at ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo. From 2013 to 2016, they attended Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo - FATEC-SP, where they earned a degree in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, specializing in Tecnologia da Informação. In 2017 and 2018, they attended Senac Brasil and earned a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Especialização in Gerenciamento de Projetos – Práticas do PMI. Leonardo is currently attending Cursos PM3, where they are pursuing a degree in Formação profissional in Product Management. Additionally, they hold certifications in GESTÃO ÁGIL DE PROJETOS from Insper, obtained in March 2022, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, also obtained in March 2022.
