Milena Bjeković

Milena Bjeković has over 16 years of work experience, starting in 2006 at EKO SERBIA, where they worked as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager and Marketing Assistant before transitioning into various procurement roles. During their time as a Procurement Supervisor and then a Procurement Manager, they achieved significant improvements in team performance and implemented an enhanced procurement strategy. Milena also served on the Finance Management Team, where they helped to reorganize the procurement strategy and ensure compliance with governance policies. In 2022, they joined Ananas E-commerce as a Category Success Manager.

Milena Bjeković has a Bachelor's Degree in Classical Philology from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Belgrade. Milena attended High School "Petar I Petrovic Njegos" in Danilovgrad, Montenegro, but did not obtain a degree there. In 2019, they completed a Mini MBA program at PwC Academy Belgrade and also obtained certifications in Professional Presentation Live, Manager as a Coach, Project Management, International Standards for Financial Reporting, Finance for non-finance, The Persuasive Communicator, and Defining Negotiation. In 2021-2022, they attended Mokra Gora School of Management and pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (Professional degree) without obtaining a degree name. Additionally, they have attended two summer courses in Greek language and civilization in Ioannina and Thessaloniki and obtained a course of safe driving certification from NAVAK, National Driving Academy in 2009.
