Kamal Goel

Kamal Goel has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Kamal started their career as the Head of IT at BLB Limited in 1994 and continued in various IT leadership roles at different companies. Kamal served as the VP of Technology at Asit C. Mehta Investment Interrmediates Ltd. from 2006 to 2010. Kamal then worked as the VP of Technology at India Infoline Ltd. in 2010. Kamal Goel joined Financial Technologies India Ltd. as the AVP of Enterprise Solution Group in 2010 and later worked as an IT Consultant in a freelance capacity from 2013 to 2014. Kamal then served as the Senior VP of Information Technology (Group CIO) at Anand Rathi Shares and Stock Brokers Ltd. from 2014 to 2020. Kamal Goel has also held executive positions at Yotta Infrastructure Solutions, Web Werks Data Centers India, and Hitachi Systems India Pvt Ltd, where they worked in roles such as Executive VP of IT, Director IT & Chief Evangelist, and Senior VP of Information Technology. Their expertise includes managing IT infrastructure, networks, data centers, security, and trading platforms across multiple locations in India.

Kamal Goel pursued an Executive Programme in Management, specializing in Marketing & HRM, at IIT Bombay - Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, which they attended from 1990 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Kamal Goel has also obtained various certifications. These include the Certification program in Data Center Standards, Technologies & Operations management from the Uptime Institute in June 2021, the Certification program in Strategic Leadership from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in June 2021, the Advance Global Leadership Certification Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in April 2021, the AI - ML Immersion Lab Training program from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in January 2021, the CyberSecurity Strategist Certification Program from the Data Security Council of India in September 2020, and the Finance for Tech Leaders, Finance, CEP Certification Program from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in February 2020. Kamal has also participated in Leadership Development Programs, including one on Digital Transformation and another on Mindset to Method, conducted by the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2017.
