Anuj Poddar

Anuj Poddar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Since August 2022, Anuj has served as a member of several councils at the Confederation of Indian Industry, including the Manufacturing Council, the National Committee on Consumer Electronics and Durables, and the Economic Affairs Council. Anuj is also a member of The Trilateral Commission and holds the position of Chairman at the Indian Fan Manufacturers Association. Additional roles include Vice President at the Electric Lamp & Component Manufacturers Association of India and the Consumer Electronics and Appliances Manufacturers Association, alongside board membership at The Indian Society of Advertisers. Anuj has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bajaj Electricals Ltd. since May 2016, and serves as a Board Trustee at the Ananta Aspen Centre. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
