Kirsty Semple

Kirsty Semple has over 30 years of professional experience, beginning in 1991 as a Management Consultant at KPMG UK. Kirsty was then promoted to UK Finance Director at Walt Disney Buena Vista International UK in 1997, where they managed a team of 10 and reported into European HQ and US parent in compliance with UK / US GAAP. In 2000, they were appointed as Group COO and Group Board Executive at ATTIK, where they led rapid growth across offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Sydney. In 2004, they became Director of Special Projects for the EMEA region at FCB London. Kirsty then joined Nitro Ltd (SapientNitro) in 2006 as Operations Director, creating all internal processes and corporate structure from zero base after the acquisition of London-based Soul Advertising by Asian-based Nitro Group. In 2009, they became Director of Business Operations at Figtree and in 2010, they joined AB... the ideas agency as Chair of the Executive Board and Operations Director. In 2019, they became a Non Executive Director at Anaphite, and most recently, in 2020, they became Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of SENISCA, a senotherapeutics company.

Kirsty Semple attended Hillhead High School in Glasgow from 1979 to 1985. Kirsty then attended The University of Edinburgh from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a B.Sc. (Hons) in Developmental Neurophysiology. Additionally, they hold a certification from the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (CIFPA).
