Jay Zhu

Jay Zhu is a seasoned professional in sales operations and revenue management, currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Operations for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region at Anaplan since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Head of Revenue Operations, APJ at WalkMe™ from October 2021 to June 2023. Jay's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Sales Strategy and Operations, APJ at ServiceNow and Sales Analytics and Planning Lead, APJ at Symantec. Jay began the career journey as a Big Data Researcher at Hitachi Asia R&D Center. Jay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the National University of Singapore, along with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
