Harrison Waala

Harrison Waala has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Harrison started their career in 2015 as an Engineering Intern at Manitowoc Cranes, where they worked on onboard weight sensors and documentation for the engineering team. In 2016, they joined Extreme Engineering Solutions as an Associate Embedded Electrical Engineer Co-op, where they designed Standard Operating Procedures and improved testing processes.

In 2017, Harrison worked as a Software Developer Intern at Float Metrics, focusing on prototyping frontend features for a sailing-race spectating web application. Harrison also gave weekly demos to product owners for rapid development. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Epic as an Integration Engineer, where they engineered feature development across multiple healthcare software projects and conducted extensive code reviews.

Currently, Harrison is employed at Anark Corporation as a Software Engineer, starting in 2022.

Harrison Waala attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
