Ashwini Malpani

Ashwini Malpani has a diverse range of professional experience spanning over two decades. Ashwini currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at ANAROCK since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President Human Resources at ANAROCK from April 2020 to June 2023. From September 2018 to March 2020, they were the Deputy Vice President- Human Resources at ANAROCK.

Before joining ANAROCK, they briefly worked as the Director Human Resources at Teach For India from January 2018 to April 2018. Ashwini also had a period of freelancing from August 2015 to March 2017 where they undertook assignments for various organizations including a German Healthcare company, an Indian Public Sector Enterprise, and Ascensia Diabetes Care.

Ashwini took a professional break from 2012 to 2015 to focus on motherhood. Prior to that, they had a substantial tenure at Infosys from 2005 to 2012, where they held several HR roles such as Unit Manager- Business Partner HR, Senior Lead- Business Partner HR, HR Associate Manager-Business Partner HR, and HR Executive-Business Partner HR. During their tenure at Infosys, they were responsible for strategic partnership with business units, employee engagement, HR interventions, and the complete employee lifecycle.

Ashwini started their career as an HR Executive at CRY in 2001, where they gained experience in talent attraction, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and training processes.

Overall, Ashwini Malpani has a strong background in human resources with expertise in business partnering, employee engagement, and HR interventions across various industries and organizations.

Ashwini Malpani holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Mumbai, which was completed from 1999 to 2001. Ashwini also possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from K.J. Somaiya College of Science and Commerce, obtained from 1996 to 1998. Ashwini received their high school education at St Pius X High School Mumbai, attending from 1987 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained additional certifications. One of these certifications is a course on Managing Compassionately by Jeff Weiner on LinkedIn in 2017. Ashwini also holds a Certificate in Filmmaking from the London Film Academy, obtained in May 2012.
