Gaurav Mathur

Gaurav Mathur has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Gaurav started their career at Brij Bihar Group in 2001, working in Institutional Sales until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Process Associate at Wipro BPO. Following that, they joined iEnergizer as a Process Associate until 2007. Gaurav then moved on to ICICI Lombard, where they worked as a Training Manager from 2007 to 2008. Gaurav joined NIIT Limited in 2008 and held the position of Manager - Training until 2012, managing various sales and product training projects. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at IndiaHomes as a Senior Manager - Talent Transformation. In 2014, Gaurav joined Square Yards as the Head of Sales Training, and in 2015, they joined JLL India as an Assistant Vice President - Sales Training. Their most recent roles include Head and Deputy Vice President - Learning & Development at ANAROCK from 2015 to 2023. In 2023, they transitioned to the role of Head and Vice President - Learning and Development at ANAROCK. Overall, Gaurav has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the field of learning and development and has played key roles in training and talent development throughout their career.

Gaurav Mathur earned a certification in Certified Learning & Development Manager from Carlton Advance Management Institute in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from Panjab University, which they completed in 2002. Furthermore, Gaurav Mathur has obtained additional certifications in Instructional Design Essentials: Adult Learners from LinkedIn and DISC Administrator from Extended DISC in the years 2016 and 2013 respectively.
