Ngoato Thamae is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in the chemical industry and management. Currently serving as Regional Head at Anastacio Overseas INC. since May 2022 and as Founder & Owner of CAPS Chemicals (PTY) Ltd since March 2020, Ngoato has built a strong entrepreneurial profile. Previously held positions include Account Representative at Covestro from September 2015 to March 2020 and Sales Manager at Bayer from February 2009 to August 2015, along with a similar role at ACTICHEM SA from June 2005 to January 2009. Academic credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Wits Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from the National University of Lesotho.
