Edgar “Ed” Padilla

Edgar “Ed” Padilla, MHA, is an experienced professional in healthcare operations and customer support, currently serving as the Sr. Director of End User Support and Call Center at Anatomy IT since August 2024. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Customer Connect at Synapse Health, and Director of Operations at Heal. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions such as Vice President of Operations at Primera Insurance Agency and Director of Business Operations and Effectiveness at Evolent Health. Ed Padilla's career began at Maximus, where various roles included Site Director for Medicaid and Commercial Enrollment and Eligibility, among others. Ed Padilla holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from LSU Shreveport, a Bachelor of Applied Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and an Associate of Arts in Mathematics from Trinity Valley Community College, along with technical training from Virginia Tech and Tidewater Tech-Trades.
