Lucas Hale has over two decades of experience in technology and marketing within the CNC machinery industry. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Global Marketing Manager at ANCA CNC Machines since April 2018, Lucas leads a strategic product roadmap aimed at doubling business revenue within five years. Prior experience includes significant roles at ANCA Motion, where Lucas managed global marketing efforts and contributed to market expansion in China and Europe. Initiating as a Software Engineer at ANCA in 1999, Lucas advanced to leadership roles, overseeing teams in software development and product management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Digital Systems with a focus on Robotics, Electronics, and Software Engineering from Monash University.
