Carly K. has a diverse range of work experience. Carly worked as the Head of Marketing at Ancaster Group, where they built the Marketing Department from scratch and led a team of 5. During their time there, the company grew from 7 sites to 14 and saw a significant increase in turnover. Prior to that, Carly was the Group Marketing Manager at Ancaster, where they established the Marketing department. Carly also worked as a Senior Marketing contractor at GLL, a Marketing professional at Bo Concept, and a Marketing and Communications Manager at Biffa. Carly has also held marketing roles at Natuzzi, Harrods, Haart Estate Agents, and Landmark Information Group.

Carly K. obtained a Level Three degree in Team Leader and Supervisor from the Institute For Apprenticeships and Technical Education in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they attended Townley Grammar School for Girls from 2002-2004, where they obtained an A Level degree in Dance, German, General Studies, and AS Level English Literature. Carly also completed their GCSEs at Townley Grammar School for Girls from 1997-2002, achieving 11 GCSEs with grades ranging from A*-C. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software from HubSpot Academy in September 2022, and in MCIM from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in July 2022.
