Kwasi Asare

Kwasi Asare is an experienced facilities manager with a strong background in real estate management and engineering. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Ancaster Group since October 2017, Kwasi oversees the management of client and company properties, supervises contractors, and liaises between tenants and landlords. Prior to this role, Kwasi worked as Senior Facilities Manager at Abbeam Group of Companies, where responsibilities included managing multiple properties in London and Accra, Ghana. Earlier experience includes a role as a Real Estate Agent at Abbeam Real Estate, managing a diverse portfolio and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Kwasi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Architecture from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southwark College.
