Rajen Damani is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading development teams and innovative projects across notable companies. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Software Engineering at Ancestry since July 2017, Rajen previously held the position of Sr. Software Development Manager at PayPal, where significant contributions included enhancing application data services, achieving high product availability, and developing solutions for payment experiences.
