Seth Schreiberg

Seth Schreiberg is an experienced legal professional specializing in product and privacy law. Currently serving as the Head of Privacy and Product Legal at Ancestry since September 2021, Seth has previously held positions as Managing Counsel and Senior Product and Privacy Counsel within the same company. Prior to Ancestry, Seth worked at Uber from March 2015 to June 2020 as Senior Product and Privacy Counsel for the Marketplace, where responsibilities included overseeing the legal aspects of ridesharing product teams and managing regulatory inquiries and consumer litigation as Counsel for Litigation. Seth began a legal career as a Litigation Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from February 2010 to March 2015 and also has teaching experience as Upper School Faculty at Doane Academy. Seth holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
