Michele Rayl

Michele Rayl currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Anchor Audio, a position held since April 2019, where responsibilities include aligning human resources strategies with company objectives, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director and Human Resources Director at Motorola Solutions from January 1993 to December 1998, and as a Project Business Analyst, overseeing critical phases of telecommunications initiatives. Michele holds a B.AS in Accounting from College of DuPage and has completed HR Management & Analytics through Wharton Executive Education.
