Glenda Medina-Roque has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Glenda began their career at Bank of South Palm Beaches as a Bookkeeping Supervisor, where they supervised item processing and operations. Glenda then moved on to 1st United Bank as an Assistant Vice President/Deposit Operations, overseeing item processing and operations, including wire transfers and lock boxes. Glenda continued their career at Admiralty Bank as an Executive Vice President/Operations, where they supervised item processing and deposit operations. Glenda then joined RBC Bank as a Regional Support Specialist, providing advisory support to the Region Manager in operational effectiveness and efficiency. Lastly, Glenda worked at Anchor Bank, where they held various roles including SVP of Operations and BSA/AML/Compliance SVP. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting BSA compliance training, identifying and investigating suspicious activity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing reports for regulatory agencies.
