Kelly Weed

Kelly Weed has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on plant management and tooling management roles. Kelly has held positions at various companies, including Anchor Danly, Gates Corporation, Guelph Manufacturing Group Inc., Sodecia, Martinrea International, North American Stamping Group, and Magna International. Kelly's most recent role was as the Vice President of Operations at Anchor Danly, where they started in May 2023. Kelly previously worked as a Plant Manager at Gates Corporation from March 2022 to May 2023, and as a Plant Manager at Guelph Manufacturing Group Inc. from July 2018 to April 2022. Prior to that, they held positions as a Plant Manager at Sodecia, Business Unit Manager at Martinrea International, Tooling Manager at North American Stamping Group, and Tooling Manager at Martinrea International. Kelly started their career as a Team Leader at Magna International in 2004.
