Joe Hackney

Joe Hackney, DBIA, LEED AP, currently serves as Senior Development Director at Anchor Health Properties since April 2020. Previous roles include Senior Development Manager at Lendlease, Sr Preconstruction Manager at JE Dunn Construction, and Preconstruction Manager at Skanska USA Building Inc. Joe also served in the US Navy Reserves as Builder, Petty Officer First Class (SCW) from May 2003 to May 2013. Joe Hackney holds a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University and a Bachelor's Degree from Fort Hays State University, with further education at Georgia Institute of Technology.
