Stephanie Thompkins

Stephanie Thompkins is a property manager with experience in managing commercial retail, office, and mixed-use spaces. Stephanie holds an ACoM accreditation and is an active CPM candidate through IREM. With a background in managing properties for various real estate companies, Stephanie is skilled in preparing annual budgets, property status updates, and monthly financial reports with detailed variance statements. In addition to their property management experience, Stephanie also has a background in event planning and has served as a Deputy Executive Director for a non-profit organization. Their educational background includes a Master of Science in Managing Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Strayer University.
