Stephen Smith

Stephen Smith has extensive experience in the field of mechanical estimating. Stephen started their career at Bancroft Construction Company in 2006 as an MEP Estimator. Stephen then worked at DWD Mechanical, Inc. from 2010 to 2012, where they held the position of Chief Mechanical Estimator. Smith then joined Shapiro & Duncan, Inc. as a Mechanical Estimator from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they moved to Forrester Construction where they served as an MEP Estimator until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. as a Senior MEP Estimator. Most recently, Smith joined Anchor Mechanical LLC in 2021 as the Chief Estimator. Additionally, they have been an Instructor at AACP (Association of Air Conditioning Professionals) since 2013.

Stephen Smith attended Delaware Technical Community College from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce, General. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1997, they completed a plumbing apprenticeship program with the State of Delaware. The apprenticeship did not result in a degree or a specified field of study.
