Denise Peart

Denise Peart (FCIPD) is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, diversity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Group Chief Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Sky since January 2021, Denise is responsible for developing a diverse leadership pipeline and enhancing organizational capabilities across all markets. Additionally, as a Non-Executive Director at Anchor Hanover Group, Denise contributes to England's largest provider of housing and care for older people. Prior roles include Head of HR at Marks and Spencer, where Denise led significant people transformation initiatives, and various senior HR positions at The Coca-Cola Company, BP, GE Money, and Tesco Stores Ltd. Denise holds an MA in Human Resource Management and a BA (hons) in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of Hertfordshire.
