Lynda Clough currently serves as the Competence and Compliance Lead at Anchor, a position held since August 2025, where responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive audit system to ensure regulatory compliance in housing legislation. Lynda's extensive experience in learning and development includes significant roles at B&Q, where responsibilities ranged from Lead Learning and Development Partner to Human Resources Advisor. Lynda began a career in the hospitality sector, progressing from Graduate Management Trainee at Thistle Hotels to Personnel and Training Manager at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels. Lynda holds a Higher National Diploma in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh.
