Megan Sinclair

Megan Sinclair, ARM, serves as the Director of Risk Management at Anchor Point Management Group since June 2023, specializing in property and casualty insurance management for over 450 national units. Prior to this role, Megan held the position of Risk Manager at Pacific Bells from September 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing insurance for 350+ restaurants and analyzing loss data. Before Pacific Bells, Megan contributed as Risk Manager at Meritage Hospitality Group from July 2012 to September 2018 and as HR & Risk Manager earlier in the same organization, managing various aspects of risk, employee benefits, and training. Megan's career began at YMCA of the Rockies, where responsibilities included international staff recruitment and compliance.
