Jim Hirni

Jim Hirni has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jim began their career as a Legislative Assistant for United States Senator William Frist, M.D. in 1996. Jim then worked as a Legislative Assistant for United States Senator Jeff Sessions from 1997 to 2000. Jim joined the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) in 2000 as the Manager of Legislative Affairs (Senate), before becoming the Legislative Director for United States Senator Tim Hutchinson from 2001 to 2003. Jim then served as the Managing Director at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP from 2003 to 2004, and as a Senior Vice President at Cassidy & Associates from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008, Jim worked as a Senior Director at Walmart. Jim then moved on to become the President of H2 Group, LLC from 2009 to 2012. Afterwards, they joined SentinelWorks as the Government Liaison & Corporate Affairs from 2012 to 2015. Jim's most recent role was as the Director of Communications at Anchor Sign, Inc., a position they have held since 2015.
