Laura Roach is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Internal Communications Manager at Anchor since July 2023, Laura is responsible for ensuring effective communication of key programs and priorities, managing internal channels, and evaluating communication effectiveness. Previously, Laura worked as the Communications Manager at Livv Housing Group, overseeing both internal and external communications, and held positions including Communications Business Partner at MyCSP Ltd and PR and Media Relations Manager at The TEG Group Plc. With a strong educational background in marketing, communications, and journalism, Laura also holds a CIPR Specialist Diploma in Internal Communications from Cambridge Marketing College.
