Joe Pauly

Joe Pauly has a diverse work background starting with their role as a Summer Intern at Algotree in 2012. Joe then worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Broadcom from June 2013 to November 2014, where they focused on device verification and test automation for MIMO wireless modules. Following their time at Broadcom, Joe worked as a Software Engineer at Stands Energy from December 2014 to January 2017, contributing to grid automation and energy management projects. Joe then joined Millennium InfoLogic as a Software Test Engineer from May 2017 to February 2019, where they led a testing team and assisted in developing an ERP solution for order and inventory management. Joe's next role was as a Technical Lead at Gadgeon Systems Inc. from March 2019 to January 2023, where they worked on DevOps pipeline implementation, Kubernetes deployment, and custom instances of Prometheus and Jfrog Artifactory. Currently, Joe is a Senior DevOps Engineer at Anchor starting from January 2023.

Joe Pauly completed their Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Model Engineering College between 2009 and 2013. Joe'seducation history also includes attending Viswajyothi cmi public school Angamaly from 1996 to 2009, where they studied Computer Science.
