Vivian Prieto

Vivian Prieto is a legal professional with extensive experience in commodities, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President, Commodities and Commodities Counsel at Anchorage Capital Advisors, L.P. since September 2024, Vivian previously held the position of Associate at Bracewell LLP, where representation of commodity merchants, banks, investors, and private companies in various transactions was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes work with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP in their Commodities, Derivatives and Energy Practice Group, as well as roles in legal education and civil litigation. Vivian holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University. Additional academic experiences include studies at the University of Oxford and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
