The Municipality of Anchorage Employee Relations Department provides employment services, maintains records and benefits for current and past employees, and assists departments and employees in delivering quality services to the public. It works closely with the various employee unions in the development and administration of collective bargaining agreements and promotes positive relationships through the use of progressive human resource principles, practices and programs.
