Laura Martin

Laura Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global service delivery and client operations. Currently serving as the Global Service Delivery Lead at Anchorage Digital since March 2022, Martin oversees client operations, client experience, and KYC operations, while developing service enablement disciplines for large-scale changes. Previously, at Brown Brothers Harriman from September 2015 to February 2022, Martin held various senior positions, including Senior Vice President and Manager of Compliance Strategies and Initiatives, where responsibilities included establishing program management and steering implementation of technology initiatives in investor services. Earlier experience includes roles at Citi from July 2010 to September 2015, where Martin managed operational risk related to AML and sanctions and built a client-facing middle office team in equity derivatives. Laura Martin earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from The Johns Hopkins University in 2010.
