Brady Todhunter

Brady Todhunter has several years of work experience in the field of DevOps and IT management. Brady started their career as a Computer Support Intern at PACCAR, where they provided technical support to employees and managed hardware/software issues. Brady then worked as an Associate Systems Engineer at WildTangent, where they developed monitoring and backup systems for AWS environment and scripted automation for infrastructure using various tools.

Brady also worked as a DevOps Consultant and later as a DevOps Engineer at Brivity, where they played a key role in architecting a high-availability network and migrating web applications to AWS. Brady also created a CI/CD pipeline using GitLab, Ansible, Packer, and CloudFormation.

At Anchore, Brady transitioned from being an individual contributor to a DevOps/IT Manager. In this role, they have been responsible for managing team priorities, project delegation, and team mentorship. Brady has successfully maintained momentum on their individual contributions while leading the team.

Before their DevOps roles, Brady worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Whatcom Community College, where they organized curriculum, taught Linux+ and Cisco Academy CCNA networking series, and provided lab support for information security classes.

Prior to their career in the IT field, Brady worked as a Tech Support at Bookkeeping With Integrity, where they created security and privacy policies, provided technical support for Windows-based computers, and maintained accurate records of sensitive client data.

Brady Todhunter attended Western Governors University from 2013 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology - Security. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, Brady attended Whatcom Community College and earned an Associates of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.

Additionally, Brady has obtained several certifications. In November 2015, Brady obtained the CCNA Security certification from Cisco. In April 2015, Brady received the Database Specialist certification from CIWcertified. In January 2015, Brady obtained the Security+ certification from CompTIA. In December 2014, Brady obtained the Certified Academy Instructor certification from Cisco. Brady also obtained the CCNA certification from Cisco in November 2014, followed by the CCENT certification in September 2014. Other certifications obtained include Project+ from CompTIA in April 2014, LPIC_1 from Linux Professional Institute in January 2014, Linux+ from CompTIA in January 2014, Javascript Specialist from CIWcertified in February 2013, and Web Design Specialist from CIWcertified in January 2013.
