Siwan Smith

Siwan Smith is an accomplished professional specializing in inclusion and diversity with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Inclusion and Diversity Manager at Princes Limited since June 2023, Siwan also founded Inclusion Moments Consultancy & Events in August 2022 and holds the position of Associate Director for Diversity & Inclusion at Anchored In Ltd. since September 2021. Previous roles include Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager for UKIMEA at Arup, Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at The Blue Coat School, and Head of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion at Merseyside Police. With a background in marketing and communications, Siwan has dedicated a significant portion of the career to promoting access to business support for diverse innovators, particularly through initiatives like the Women in Innovation and Young Innovators programmes at Knowledge Transfer Network. Siwan is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Strategic People Management and Practice at Liverpool John Moores University, building on a foundation of a BA in Public Relations and Events Management from the University of Chester.
