Alisha Keig

Alisha Keig is currently the Director of DEI at the Association of Research Libraries. Prior to this role, Alisha served as the Associate Director of Equity in Schools at Beloved Community, where Alisha worked as a consultant and project manager, managing cohorts of school and district leaders to deepen their DEI skills. Alisha also worked as an Equity and Diversity District Coach at METROPOLITAN NASHVILLE PUBLIC SCHOOLS and as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Facilitator at Teach For America. Alisha has a Master of Public Policy in Education Policy Analysis from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Education in Instructional Practice from Lipscomb University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Wake Forest University.
