Besarta Ahmetaj

Besarta Ahmetaj is an accomplished professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at AnchorzUp since August 2025. Prior to this role, Besarta held the position of Human Resources Manager at Kutia from March 2021 to July 2025, contributing to the company's software development efforts. Besarta's experience also includes working as a Human Resources Officer at Kreditimi Rural i Kosovës L.L.C from May 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities involved onboarding, HR support, and compliance management. Additionally, Besarta began a career in HR as a Human Resources Assistant at Migros Group and SuperVIVA, and earlier worked as a Sales Marketing Coordinator at Citysale. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Management and Informatics and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Informatics, both from the University of Prishtina.
