Carly Keyes

Carly Keyes has a diverse work experience. Carly began their career as a Production Assistant at Detroit Public Television in 2016. Carly then worked as a Podcast Producer at TheProcess.Ink, where they managed content scheduling and social media promotion. Carly went on to work at Goodmylk Co. as an Assistant Manager and Farmer's Market Associate, excelling in managing shop operations and achieving sales goals. Carly later served as an Assistant Manager & Fitness Instructor at Rebel Bloomfield, where they managed the front desk staff and designed high-intensity workouts. Carly then took on the role of Office Manager & Health Coach at FitBody360, where they fielded client inquiries and conducted outreach to local businesses. Carly continued their career at Noom Inc. as a Virtual Health Coach, partnering with users to establish action plans for their health goals. Carly also worked at WHOOP as an Analytics Agent, handling member account inquiries and providing product information. Carly further gained experience as an Academy Support Agent at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, resolving customer inquiries. Most recently, Carly joined Ancient Nutrition as a Digital Engagement Representative, where they resolve customer account inquiries and provides product information through various channels. Additionally, they interned as a Virtual Extern at United Talent Agency. Throughout their career, Carly has showcased strong communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms.

Carly Keyes pursued their education at the University of Michigan from 2012 to 2016. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Screen Arts & Cultures and Psychology. In addition to their academic achievements, Carly has also acquired several certifications. In January 2019, they became a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Furthermore, in October 2018, Carly obtained the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification from CrossFit, LLC. Most recently, in March 2023, they completed an externship called UTA Externship at the United Talent Agency.
