Jenna MacCiochi

Jenna Macciochi is the Director of Science and Innovation at Ancient + Brave, a B Corp, since September 2023, and has held the position of Honorary Senior Lecturer and Senior Lecturer in Immunology at the University of Sussex since September 2016. Jenna contributes as an Editor for the Annals of Advanced Biomedical Sciences and serves as a Contributing Wellness Expert in the media, focusing on nutrition, health, and wellbeing. With prior experience as a Lecturer at ABMS - University of Switzerland and as a Personal Fitness Trainer at Mom in Balance Switzerland, Jenna was also a Presidential Postdoctoral Fellow at Novartis, gaining insight into autoimmune disease research and drug development. Early career contributions include work as a Clinical Manager for a Phase IIb clinical trial at Laboratorios Leti, and a research fellow advancing immunotherapy studies. Jenna holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from Imperial College London, a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from the University of Sussex, and a BSc in Immunology from the University of Glasgow.
