Doug Nelson

Doug Nelson has a vast work experience in the steel industry. Doug started their career as an Adjunct Instructor at the College of Lake County in 1997. After that, they worked as a General Manager and Executive Function at Brennan Steel Company for 15 years. Then, they served as the General Manager at Federal Pipe & Steel for a year. Following that, they worked at Infra-Metals Co. as a Sales and Product Manager for five years. Doug joined Anco Steel Company as Sales/Purchasing in 2007 and worked there until 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Western Illinois University from 1975 to 1978.
