Anna Dobryakova

Graduated from Moscow Pedagogical State University with a degree in Sociology and Psychology. In 2001, she got a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Translation in professional communications, then in 2003 obtained a Master’s degree in Sociology.

In 2004, Anna joined ANCOR as a researcher in Professional Recruitment Department. Within next couple of years was working in real estate and construction market. In 2006 became a Consultant on financial market and developed projects for staff recruitment for banks and financial companies.

In 2007, after gaining professional expertise and wide experience, Anna became a leader of consultants working with the financial sector. One year after, was promoted as a Deputy Director of “ANCOR Banks and Financial Services” and was responsible for key accounts and operational management. In 2009 headed “ANCOR Banks and Financial Services”. In July 2016 became a Director of ANCOR Industry providing all the Holding services for industrial segment’s clients.

From January 2018, she headed ANCOR FinTech.

In 2020, Anna was promoted as a General Director of GeekSource (part of international staffing group ANCOR) focusing on IT recruitment.
