In 1995 graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, faculty of economy, with a degree in Economy. In 2000 graduated from Moscow Institute of Practical Psychology and Psychoanalysis with a degree in Organizational Development Consultation.
In 2001 Ekaterina joined ANCOR as a Consultant in Industrial sector. In 2007-2008 was working as a Recruitment Manager in Saint Petersburg branch. In 2009 Ekaterina became a Recruitment Standards Manager in a holding company. From 2010 up to 2015 headed a Recruitment Standards Management Department.
In 2015 ANCOR set up a United Product Management Department and Ekaterina was appointed as the Head of the department.
In December 2017 Ekaterina headed ANCOR’s Corporate Standards Department which develops, implements and controls standards and technology of service rendering, corporate guidelines of employees interaction within the holding. Department also supports regular operations administration withing business units, implements and monitors the execution of managers’ decisions in accordance with ANCOR’s business standards level.
