Tatiana Baskina

Tatiana is a professional expert in recruitment and Human Resource consulting with 20+ years expertise. She worked in a large international manufacturer and in a British recruiting company. She has an MBA degree in World Business from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, USA.

In 1999 Tatiana started her professional career by joining ANCOR’s team as a Recruitment Consultant. Soon after occupied a position of Recruitment Director for CIS and as a General Director of Human Resource consulting and top executives search and selection. Since 2013 Tatiana is a Deputy General Manager of Professional Community.

As a Deputy General Manager of Professional Community Tatiana represents ANCOR in industrial and business associations, as well as arranges recruitment trainings for the clients.
