Kelly Balman

Kelly Balman has extensive work experience in the education industry. Kelly started their career in 2003 as a Full-Time Faculty at Everest College-Phoenix, where they taught liberal arts and sciences and was involved in curriculum development, instructional design, and program improvement. Kelly then joined Pearson in 2008 as an Instructional Design and Subject Matter Expert for English until 2010. In 2010, Kelly became the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Everest College-Phoenix, where they served until 2015. Kelly then worked as the Academic Dean of Assessment at Zenith Education Group from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Kelly holds the position of National Program Director-Senior Instructional Designer at Ancora Education, starting in 2018.

Kelly Balman completed their education with a Master of Arts in English and Literature from Northern Arizona University in 2010. During their studies, they focused on Literature, Technology, and Professional Writing.
