Kohl Kapitan

Kohl Kapitan has extensive experience in contact center operations and customer service management. Currently serving as the Contact Center Director at Ancora Education since January 2018, Kohl previously held multiple roles at Delta Career Education Corporation from February 2013 to January 2018, including Contact Center Manager, Appointment Setting Specialist, and Envision Admissions Team Lead. Prior to that position, Kohl worked at Vangent, Inc. as a Passport Specialist from April 2011 to August 2012, where responsibilities included assisting customers with passport applications, reporting lost passports, and checking application statuses.
