Bailey S. began their work experience in 2019 at Waitrose & Partners as a Counter Service Partner, where they worked until February 2020. In February 2020, Bailey joined Ancoris as a Cloud Data Analyst. Later, in August 2022, they were promoted to the role of Data & AI Engineer Lead at Ancoris.

Bailey S. attended The Barclay School from 2008 to 2015, with a field of study focused on Mathematics. Following this, Bailey S. enrolled in the University of Nottingham from 2015 to 2019, pursuing a degree in Mathematics.
