Niels Brixen

Niels Brixen has a strong background in finance and business development. Niels began their career at Grundfos A/S in 2002, where they participated in the Grundfos Graduate Programme in Finance before becoming a Group Business Controller. In 2006, they joined Anders Nielsen & Co A/S as a Business Development Manager before taking on the role of Finance Manager. In 2015, they were promoted to the position of Group CFO / Økonomidirektør, where they were responsible for the Group IT & Finance team and reported directly to the CEO.

In 1996, they attended Janus Pannonius University in Hungary, studying Business & Economics.

From 1996 to 2002, they studied Economics at the University of Aarhus, earning a Cand. Oecon degree.

In 2010 and 2011, they completed the Executive Development Program at Kjerulf & Partnere.

In 2011, they participated in an Executive Education program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, focusing on Achieving Outstanding Performance.

In 2013, they completed a Management Program at C-level at Kjerulf & Partnere through MasterClass.

In 2022, they obtained a Board Certificate from Board Company.
