About the role:

We are a fast-growing company currently looking for Customer Fulfillment Agents to provide customers with world class customer service by determining call requirements, responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and accurately processing product orders.

This position is a full time seasonal opportunity starting on October 15th, 2024 and ending on March 15th, 2025.  Depending upon business needs and individual performance there may be an opportunity to make this role a permanent full time position.

Also, this is a remote work model. However, all new hire training (two weeks) and additional skill-based training will be conducted in person on site at our San Antonio office location.

We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay (An hourly rate of $15.00 per hour)
  • Significant monthly incentive pay (Could earn an additional $200 to $1500 per month).

  • A great schedule.  The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm CST.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product offerings.
  • Efficiently process product orders, arrange delivery appointments, and process associated payments.
  • Ensure all required information for the order is documented accurately in the required systems.
  • Resolve any customer concerns about their order.
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
  • Participate in training programs.
  • Optimize call time to drive daily productivity.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of two years customer service experience preferably within a sales support environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
  • Lead by example through positive communication, professional overall demeanor, and time and attendance
  • Able to accept feedback and implement those changes.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and have great time management skills.
  • Ability to work and produce in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, internet, Word, and Excel.
  • To work remotely you must be able to connect your assigned computer equipment via Ethernet cable or secured Wi-Fi (WPA2 Personal with a strong password) and have reliable internet with 30Mbps download and 10Mdps upload speed.
