Pete Dale

Pete Dale is the current Club Almeida Executive at AND Digital. Prior to this, they were the Head of Innovation Centre at CGI from January 2019 to June 2021. Pete was responsible for the success of the centre through all aspects of delivery together with ensuring great value for their clients. Pete was also directly responsible for defining and ensuring the execution of the centre's growth strategy together with the development of a great innovation focused working culture that empowers high performing development teams. From September 2016 to December 2018, Pete was the Head of Delivery for CGis ODSC (Offshore Development and Support Centre) based in Glasgow. In this role, they were accountable for end-to-end delivery of all projects and programmes within the ODSC together with the continued evolution of best practice and delivery culture within the centre.

Pete Dale studied Computer Science at the University of Strathclyde, where they earned an MSc/BSc (Hons) in the field.
